Does the gate open after every payment attempt?
No. The door or gate opens only when payment is confirmed and access is allowed. A failed or cancelled payment does not grant entry.
How does payment with a member card work?
A member card is linked to the connected membership setup. We agree how the card is recognised and how the payment is processed within that system.
What is the difference between PayGate and DoorTickets?
PayGate provides a payment terminal at the entrance. DoorTickets lets you issue and sell access tickets before arrival. Choose the journey that suits your visitors, or combine the two in your access setup.
